Creating a internal event management platform for one of Iowas premium wedding venues

Starting with staff member interviews we analysed and assessed their current processes. We mapped their current services through a service blueprint and began to define the areas for improvement.
Define
We defined the key features we were replacing in their current mix of systems and began to create a list of deliverables to match and exceed in the updated system. We decided early on the tools that would allow the flexibility to create and match these tasks, Webflow, Airtable and Stripe formed the front-end, back-end and payment platform.
Develop
We developed a brand new client management system, that would for the foundation for the events team. We replaced repetitive tasks with a form that built up a project with the client at the heart, adding project, contract and invoicing data to the core client. The backend was supported by a Webflow front end that visualised that data in a beautiful filterable format that would give the project manager a great overview of the upcoming tasks.
Deliver
The client wanted to create this tool as a template for other event management tools around the US, we will create this structure, deliver for this client and test before recreating for other event space owners.
Through redesigning the data structure on behalf of little lights they were able to reduce the number of apps required to piece together clients and their projects.
A combination of Airtable, Webflow, Zapier and Stripe, manage the data, the user experience the automations and the payments for the company. Allowing Little lights to control from start to finish their business.
